By creating an account or placing an order with The Healing Tree, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Healing Tree is operated by Spout Technologies (Pty) Ltd.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

We list prices in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). Prices, availability, and product information can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment taken.

Orders are accepted subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. Delivery fees and timelines are shown at checkout. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery.

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Perishable, hygiene-sensitive, and opened items are non-returnable unless defective. Contact support to begin a return.

The Healing Tree sells consumer wellness products. Information on the site is for general reference only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a chronic condition, or taking prescription medication.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to access any part of the service you are not authorised to use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
